How to do when you are in LOW motivation?

Hi All!!

Thank you for stopping by my blog :)

Everyone has that day right?
It's hard to keep up workout when I am in low motivation.
I have had a few times... and each time, I gave myself EXCUSES.


"yes.. You are tired.. you can take a rest"
" well.. You may catch up tomorrow... if you feel like it"
"That's special gift for you because you have been doing GREAT!!"


and then...
It's hard to CATCH UP !!!
I was ease up myself for a few weeks after my karate test.
I kept doing my workout.. but I reduced a few extra..
When I tried to be back regularly workout.. IT WAS SUPER HARD!!!


Lesson Learned!!
Even low motivation.. I try hard as I can!!!
don't ease up too long too much!

I have had low motivation in there days...
yes.. it was hard to keep up when my motivation was LOW..
My body and mind couldn't help each other.
I was doing modified modifier most of moves..
I had skipped my Super food which is healthy meal of day
so I tried to take once a day at least no matter what!!
It's not the best to drink or eat them for cook.. because those heat will break down a part of nutrition.. yes.. some of them are weak for heat.
but Better than Nothing!!

Yesterday, I was up 4:00 or so..
I felt better already.. and First time ever.. I did workout before 8!
I got "SWEAT" and after finished it.. I FELT Better and BETTER!!!!
I did all way without modified version.

You don't have to Push TOO MUCH.. but sometimes you need to determinate to KEEP GOING even you are in low motivation or mood ;)

I knew I could do physically.. but emotionally stopped me.
but don't forget about listening what your body really tell you :)
You only can understand and listen to your body.
