Rest day


I used to take my rest day Saturday or Friday but It fitted me pretty good when I took sunday off while Summer Strong.
So I tried my first week of rest day today.


We walked around Flea market as usual.
It was so hot and humid!!
Looking around usually takes us 2 hours to finish 😁
I got a bundle of asparagus.

Other veggies were from Father in law's vegetable garden.

Been awhile!!!


I know I know I know!!!
It's been for awhile since last blog!!!

Guess WHAT??!!!

I am still on my fitness journey!! Phew!

since Last post...
I had a surgery end of Feb.
Endomatrios Ablation...
It took 2 weeks until I really felt better.
so I was away from my workout about 20 days or so...

After my back to workout... it was a bit hard.. but I was so glad to be back.
Oh my.. I can't believe I said that!!

and I got my GREEN BELT on KARATE!!
My daughter and I were supposed to take a test in December... but we had pretty hard time to take care of relatives.. and losses after that.

so I really wanted to take a test on April and got a new belt!

and also.. I first time ran 2 miles on treadmill!!

From the beginning of April, I was in 60 days of Summer Strong Challenge.
and also whole30 based challenge on our challenge group.

After those 2 challenges... I lost close to 9lbs and 7 inches total.
The Total Inch loss is not including all measurements.
My calves were a few inches smaller  ( ̄▽ ̄)V
I have not been focus so much weights... but I was struggling the weight to hit under line... I had been back and forth.. the LINE!!!


Here is the RESULTS!!!!!



Do you just need to loose Weight?
if you didn't build your lean muscles... your weight will be back.
If you just need to build muscles? your muscles will be tired.. and try to build up extra energy source inside of your body.

What will you need????
You need exercise that fit YOU.
You need good nutrition. ( need to choose wisely)
You need good supporter.
That's why I am here for you :)
As you know, my new challenge has already started.
Whole30 challenge might be over.. but I will try to do as much as possible.

As Former Army Spouse, now Army Veteran Spouse. I'd love to thank to 22 minute Hard Corps creater Tony Horton and Beachbody CEO Carl Daikeler .
I tried this today for all my military friends and also military spouse friends and also my husband who can't do all workout and also just had shoulder surgery.
We are always family.




after 15-20 min break, I also finished PiYo Sweat!!!

Almost year

I haven't forgot about here 😅
It's about a year since I started my joirney.



This is Me last year... 
I started Karate December 2014.... after a few months of WALKING to get back to fit a little ....
I could walk about a mile or 2... it was still hard to catch up even warming-up at Karate.

I knew I should do something else!!!
"Should I go to Gym?"
"Should I get treadmill?"
I knew I had to work on cardio... leg, arm, shoulder.. wait.. it's called WHOLE BODY!!!
I needed my flexibility back.. strength back... stamina back as well..
And I Knew Going to GYM sounds better than Treadmill 
but hey... Can I go to Gym 3 days a week at least????

and I found better solution!!! 
I saw some fitness video (New Launch ) on our family friend's post on FB... 

"hey!!! I love Low Impact (since My cardio wasn't strong at all)
and looks good for what I needed !!! Flexibility, strength, cardio... total body !!! "

and "I can do work out at HOME!!"
I don't have to think about rain or shine, I don't have to think about what I wear.. or running nose during workout.. or gas came out ;) 
I don't have to worry about traffic either!

and... let see... only 1 concern was... CAN I KEEP DOING?
Doubting doubting worrying worrying ... that was ME  Last year .

Trying to find a Hiding Spot... right? ;)
